Payment
Payment is due on completion of work carried out on any vehicle, and can be made by cash or cheque up to the value of the card limit. Please note NO CREDIT IS GIVEN unless arranged with the proprietor before any work is carried out. If payment is not received, the vehicle may be held and a charge made for storage, unless previously arranged with the proprietor.

Repair Estimates and Quotes
Estimates can be given for mechanical and electrical repairs on all Vauxhall cars and light vans less than 10 years old, and will be valid for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Quotes may be subject to change as a result of unforeseen problems arising. For example, rusted bolts.

Vehicle Security
No responsibility is accepted for any theft, damage or illegal removal of a vehicle whilst parked in a driveway or out on the road when the keys have been left in or near the vehicle by the owner or at the owner's request. If wheel trims are cable tied on when your car is repaired or serviced, these will be replaced once the work has been completed.

Vehicle Insurance
A fully comprehensive Motor Trade Insurance Policy is held whilst driving your vehicle, and a Motor Trade Liability and Service Indemnity Insurance is held whilst working on your vehicle.

Warranty
All parts fitted to your vehicle will be genuine or good quality pattern parts, and are guaranteed for a minimum of twelve months. This excludes service parts that are guaranteed on the basis of mileage covered in accordance with Vauxhall's recommendations. If a part fails within the warranty period, it will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE on production of a valid receipt.

Engine timing belts are only guaranteed if a timing belt kit is fitted (Timing Belt, Rollers and Tensioner). No guarantee can be given to a timing belt failure caused by a faulty water pump. Water Pumps will be visually inspected at the time of a timing belt replacement and its condition will be reported to the customer.
