Servicing

I am able to service brand new Vauxhalls without affecting the warranty. (This is possible because I am VAT registered; use genuine parts; and stamp the service booklet.) I stamp all service booklets with a Vauxhall specialist stamp.

Vauxhalls to Y plate (2001) require servicing every 10,000 miles or at one yearly intervals, whichever comes first.

Vauxhalls from Y plate (2001) onwards require servicing every 20,000 or one year whichever occurs first. Some models vary from this depending on the model and engine type. 20,000 miles between servicing is made possible through the use of Vauxhall long-life Fully Synthetic engine oil. Vehicles from 2006 require Mobil 1 engine oil. These are the engine oils I use, as recommended by Vauxhall.

As I am mobile, I can come to your home or work-place to carry out servicing and repairs. A service includes checking the entire vehicle over in accordance with Vauxhall requirements. I will report to you any additional work that is required to be carried out immediately and/or to ensure MOT standards. No additional work will be carried out without prior agreement.
